About Us
Haus & Home K.I. is a full-service partner for luxury holiday homes on Kangaroo Island. Our mission is to create outstanding experiences for guests, while offering owners complete peace of mind through reliable, seamless and intentional property care, island-wide.
Founded by professional photographer/designer Arlow, and housekeeper Gabe, with an honours degree in media, we bring together international holiday home experience and more than five years of cleaning expertise, blending operations, creative design, and property presentation for a professional end-to-end service that makes holiday homes stand out.
Our low impact approach
We take a considered approach to sustainability, integrating thoughtful, low-impact practices into how we work. We refill spray bottles with our own DIY, low-tox cleaning solutions, use reusable microfibre cloths, compostable products, and prioritise methods that reduce waste without compromising on quality. Wherever possible, we choose to support local suppliers and businesses, reflecting our commitment to both the environment and the community we work within.
